On the up? Increasing public satisfaction in the NHS

The British Social Attitudes Survey in 2025 demonstrated a large uptick in public satisfaction in the NHS, but overall this remains low. So how can the NHS build on this trend and remain at the top of the political agenda? This session will challenge NHS leaders to consider how they can better serve their communities, demonstrate that service to patients and the wider public, and in doing so boost the wider perception of the effectiveness of the NHS.
