The future of ICBs: a reimagination or adaptation?

Integrated care boards have been tasked with delivering some of the biggest ambitions in the 10 Year Health Plan, from realising neighbourhood health to delivering on the prevention agenda, but they are also undertaking significant restructures, leading to mergers and clusters and leadership change. With a new role focusing on strategic commissioning, and a crucial year ahead to take forward the reform agenda, panellists will unpack what the future holds for ICBs, what they need to realise the vision of the 10 Year Health Plan and how they can do this while also keeping a focus on the challenges of today.
